We produce several varieties of arabica coffee as Geisha, Catuai, Caturra, Pacamara and others. Green bean production is our forte as we strive to take advantage of the unique conditions in which our coffee is grown. As specialty coffee producers, we understand the role of each stage and every decision taken to produce a remarkable product.

In Cafelino, we do traditional processing methods as well as new alternative methods. Our growing practices, establishment’s cleanliness, and handpicked selectiveness of the ripest coffee cherries make up a very fine cup quality. We are delighted and obsessed with consistency making sure that our processing precision conform coffees that exalt the key characteristics of a fine cup of coffee as its acidity, body, taste, and aroma. We are grateful that the combination of our rich volcanic soil, winds, temperature, and microclimates make up our terroir giving our coffees a unique, and intricate flavor profile. As previously mentioned, everything we do has to be sustainable; we do not use herbicides, almost all our lights are solar powered, and we use our milling byproduct as natural compost.

Our boundless curiosity has also driven us to innovate, and explore the roasted coffee market, focusing on providing consumers the freshest coffee available, and in understanding the essence of each bean to produce a unique roast to unlock the full flavor and subtlety of each of our coffees.
